The plumetis cardigan I am working on as a knitting tester for Sylvie is coming along. I got to thank her for the compliments she gave me. It’s a great encouragement! Now I am at the bottom of the cardigan, but the k1p1 is just long and tedious (sorry, Sylvie!)…..my right arm almost got a cramp from it! Did I mention I have to rib out a couple inches because my decrease wasn’t done perfect enough?! I guess it’s part of the knitting progress if we have to rib it and start all over again.

It’s coming along…. and here’s the back:

If Sylvie don’t mind, I would like to make the cardigan a little longer, and I would also like to increase the stitches at the bottom so it will give a little flair. Mmm….modification is going on in my mind. ![]()

That looks very elegant already

Yeah, I think longer is better.
Thanks, Lillian. Yeah, I am making it a little longer and hope it will turn out okay for Sylvie! Next I am gonna work on the blanket. It’s coming along.
Wow, you’re nearly done with the body, cool !! That back pic is so pretty !
Yep, feel free to make longer ribbing if you want, as I told the other testers I’m mostly interestd in checking for typos and fit, so minor mods is ok …
And yeah, I know ribbing on small needles is tedious, but I kind of enjoyed it after the constand ripping/reknitting for the rest of the cardi… Call me weird !
Love it, I’d do longer ribbing too but I’m very long waisted.
